Agreement to these terms
By accessing or using our services, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services. “Nivi Loom,” “we,” and “us” refer to Nivi LLC.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your credentials, and activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
Permitted use
You may use our services only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Interfere with, probe, or circumvent service security.
- Use automated means to scrape or overload the services.
- Misrepresent product provenance, ownership, or authenticity.
- Infringe another person's rights or violate applicable law.
- Use the services to distribute harmful or deceptive content.
Products and digital passports
Product descriptions, availability, imagery, and pricing may change. Digital passports record provenance and other product information but are not a guarantee of future value. Ownership records may require verification before they are created or transferred.
Intellectual property
The services, branding, designs, text, images, software, and other content are owned by Nivi LLC or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the services for their intended purpose.
Third-party services
Our services may integrate with third parties, including Meta and WhatsApp. Their own terms and policies govern their services. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. Nivi LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill arising from use of the services. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
Suspension, changes, and contact
We may suspend access for violations, security risks, or legal reasons. We may update these terms and will post the revised version with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions may be sent through our contact page.
